The tradition of viticulture and winemaking of Skaramuča family is as old as the family from Pelješac itself. The true success story of the winery starts in 1992, when its founder, Ivo Skaramuča, was enabled to operate as a private grape and wine producer in Croatia.

Ivo Skaramuča was one of the founders of the private winemaking and viticulture in the Dalmatia region of Croatia and on the Pelješac island. Skaramuča is the proof of how with hard work, dedication, and love for wine, it’s possible to establish one of the most respected wine brands of Dalmatia.

On the occasion of the 25 years of the Skaramuca winery, we have introduced a new line of Elegance wines, rich in taste and harmonious aroma, which in a special way represents the uniqueness of the nature of the location from which the wines come. Posip Elegance is a bright, light yellow color, full of flavor, with a characteristic minerality and aroma of dried Mediterranean fruit.
